WELCOME TO VIDA DOULAS!
The word ‘Vida’ is the Spanish word for ‘life’. How appropriate since our profession is all about helping families bring life into the world.
We are a group of experienced, fun, mature (but definitely not old) and passionate birth doulas and childbirth educators.
Jay, Laura, and Barb, joined forces in order to provide professional services to families with the best, most cohesive, educational, emotional, and physical Doula support for their birth.
The VIDA Doulas would like to acknowledge that we live and support families on the traditional unceded territories of T'Sou-ke, Esquimalt, Songhees, Saanich, Tseycum, Pauquachin, Tsartlip, Tsawout and Haida.

BIRTH DOULA
Although the personalities of the VIDA doulas are different, their style of care and their commitment to the childbearing family is the same. They are passionate about what they do and each one of them brings a bit of themselves into their work.
By working as a collaborative - Laura and Barb, - are best able to serve the people in their care. You can always be assured that in the off chance that your doula is not able to attend your birth, one of our other VIDA doulas will be there.
Fee for Doula Services: $1400
