Do you enjoy the comforts of your own home? Well, let VIDA come to you. We offer full Private Childbirth Classes right in the comfort of your own home. We know that people have busy lives that cannot always fit into a longer scheduled course series. We are flexible and together we can come up with the times and dates that are appropriate for you. Whether you have young children at home and do not wish to find a babysitter, you are on bed rest, you do not wish to be in a large classes with couples, or you are unable to fit the dates of other classes into your life, we are here to offer you all the information you will need for childbirth. 

These classes are tailored to your specific needs, and includes topics such as:

• How labor works

• Preparing yourself physically and emotionally for birth

• Keeping calm and comfortable during labor

• How the hormones of labor can help or hinder your birth process

• Positions that will help with the process of labor

• Common Medical interventions and pain relief

• Postpartum mom and life

• Getting breastfeeding off to a good start

Two, 2 hour private classes are $300, non-refundable $50 deposit required to hold your spot.
